Pietra Fredda has been on quite the hot streak the last few months. I wanted to highlight some of the placements the script has claimed this past winter.
Let's start with the wins:
Best Short Script, Naples Film Awards
Best Horror Short Screenplay, Golden Wings International Film Awards
SoCal Film Awards, Award of Excellence for Short Script
Best Horror Short Screenplay, Atlanta After Dark Film Festival
These came with some pretty great laurels and certificates:
I also claimed some second place victories:
Silver Award: Best Short Script, International Movie Awards
Second Place, International Horror and Sci-Fi Film Festival Short (IHSFF) Screenplay Competition
The script is currently in the Quarter-Finalist, Atlanta Film Festival Screenplay Competition. We'll see if it advances further. This placement came with a fringe benefit. It pushed Pietra Fredda onto The Red List.
